Jiheng Yuan
Majoring in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention at the Keck School of Medicine at USC has deepened my understanding of the importance of holistic health. Growing up in a family where the use of herbs, insects, and animals to create medicine was a cherished tradition, I was inspired by the power of nature to heal and protect. This unique blend of cultural wisdom and modern medical education has fueled my passion to share these practices with a wider audience. My goal is to integrate the rich heritage of traditional Chinese medicine with contemporary health strategies, making these time-honored remedies accessible to everyone, and contributing to a more holistic approach to health and well-being.

Grace En-Tsz Lee
Majoring in psychobiology at UCLA, Grace has learned a lot about the connections between people, culture, and medicine. Growing up in a multicultural environment, she was exposed to different Chinese medicine traditions, which sparked her interest in how anthropological and societal cultural practices influence health beliefs and behaviors. She strives to connect traditional healing methods with modern medical practices, further expressing that different perspectives are important in healthcare. Her goal is to help create a better understanding of health that considers the biological, psychological, and cultural factors involved, ultimately promoting more inclusive and effective healthcare for everyone.
